A great deal of expertise and proficiency were demonstrated and the two plumbers were very affable. I did, however, ask whether there was a guarantee and was told that it was for ten years. I subsequently contacted Plumb Force for the guarantee in writing and have received no reply. So the job itself was excellent but I am left wondering about the guarantee.

A real genuine Gentle Man, Mr Khan, followed up and gave a true appraisal of the situation along with all aspects of any installation to be carried out. Very pleased with the job plumbforce did, it was completed in 2 days. The lads cleaned up after the work even brushing my stairs down where they had made a mess. Imran helpful when I had trouble with my wireless programme (trying to understand how it worked), he came out to show me what I was doing wrong. He has phoned me up to make sure everything was ok, and if I was happy with work done. Would recommend.
